Commentary (Chennai Super Kings innings)

Former Chennai player, Hemang Badani tweets, "Chenani running reminded me of a game I played in bangalore where we had 7 run outs.that was silly and this wasn't too far"

Chennai were bowled out for a paltry 110. The batting failed miserably and Sehwag's victory at the toss may have just worked in their favour. The Delhi bowling fared well but there were three top-order run outs and in total four, so Chennai have looked lackluster there as well. Join us in some time to see whether Chennai can spring in the most unlikeliest of surprises.

There is a delay here with the three stadium lights above the sight-screen causing some issue. One of the lights have been switched off now.

Mural Vijay and Faf du Plessis are the openers. Irfan Pathan to bowl first up.

Toss - Sehwag spins the coin and wins the toss. DELHI WILL BOWL FIRST, which has been the trend throughout the tournament. Dhoni feels that he would have bowled first as well, as rains may play a part later on. Chennai are UNCHANGED. Delhi have three foreign changes. Kevin Pietersen, Mahela Jayawardena and Roelof van der Merve come in the place of Doug Bracewell, Glenn Maxwell and Aaron Finch.

Chennai came back strongly in the last match. They would be facing a spirited Delhi outfit, who are bolstered by the return of Mahela Jayawardena and Kevin Pietersen into their ranks. It was raining earlier on and that was the reason for the delay. Hopefully, there should not be any further delays.

Hello one and all to the coverage of the second metropolitan clash of today, between Delhi and Chennai at the Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium.
