We all respect our nation and national flag. There should be some agency looking to all these things, like traffic police(cutting chalans in case we break traffic rules). Individuals (like Rahul pandey)should keep themselves away from all this non-sense. Mr. Rahul Pandey, if you think you are so patriatic, you join defence and you can feel(only feeling) that you are patriotic.

I guess politics would be the right choice for the lawyer Mr. Rahul Pandey. If he could check out some glorious moments in wresling or olyimpic games he would definitly understand that if he was an American or an Europian then all his life he will have to spend filing cases. As a matter of fact the wreslers will have the pattern of their flags in their underwear designs. But we havent heard a single american or european filing cases for that. Its individuals rights to express the love for their country or to exactly it means that when a players wins any tournament they have full rights of expressing the supremacy of their country by kissing their flag or rolling on it or wrapping up around the body or any ways.. No one can question. If i was a governer i would first exile Mr. Rahul Pandey from our country since he doesnt know what is democracy. get lost MR. Pandey or u''ll have to die in my hands when i see you, for filing case against the men who play for our country.

I knew the very moment this incident happened that some advocate/ pretty politicial, hungry of cheap publicity, will raise this issue. I''st it enough that the players, in their moment of glory made it a point to display the tricolour in front on a vast international audience. This not only brought glory to the tricolour but also showed their respect- and above all- love for the tricolour.

So many lawyer jokes come to mind.. but i wont say them thanks to moderation policy.. But this I will say - this man is just trying to gain cheap publicity by leeching on to our Indian cricketers. A typical syndrome in unsuccessful and frustrated individuals. Just ignore the leech sorry lawyer

This is a SILLY case, Whats the big deal in this? Gods sake this is a democratic country and in a democracy one has the right to do whatever he wants, why target the players when we can easily see numerous politicians dont even knowing the National anthem and disrespecting the National flag on their cars. Comeon lawyer there are many ways to get publicity dont take this short cut. Infact try to finish your cases sooner and save money for your clients and help to get justice faster.

Media is not helping here by giving publicity to such idiots. I hope media understands the real motive behind such cases and ignore them, hopefully that will discourage these idiots who are just wasting the courts time and resources. Looks like these guys don''t lose much even if they lose the case and that is what encourages them to do such stupid things, hope the courts are smart enough to disallow such cases and focus on more important and useful issues.
