Dubai: Days after ICC Chief Executive Malcolm Speed was forced to proceed on leave due to differences with President Ray Mali, the Chief Financial Officer and in-house lawyer of cricket's world governing body resigned from their respective posts on Saturday.

The ICC official clarified that there was no connection between Speed's ouster and the resignations today.
"Urvasi has got an offer from the Women's Netball Federation and will be based in Manchester," he said.
"We congratulate her on the great offer and wish her all the best in her future. The CFO has also taken a decision and we respect that."
Both Naidoo and Hasnain will be in office till the ICC's annual meetings to be held at Dubai from June 29 to July 4 when the new guard takes over under Haroon Lorgat, the incoming CEO.
Speed was forced to go on paid leave until the end of his contract on July 4.
"This is the result of a fundamental breakdown in the relationship between the CEO and a number of board members, including the president, over a variety of issues that include Zimbabwe," ICC President-elect David Morgan had said announcing Speed's departure from the world body.
