Sandeep Tandon How is it possible that everyone else is picked keeping in mind their peak career form, but when it comes to Sachin, he is not picked because at the moment he is not at the best of his abilities. His Records speak for him, Since no one has actually seem half of the mentioned players in question we actually cannot tear apart this article. But only someone with less than competent brain would keep someone like Azar ahead of Sachin. Coupled with the fact that he was named in Match Fixing Scandal - He is a cheat, and even without that incident what the hell has he done ever to be mentioned in this team

Whenever anybody has chellenged or insulted sachin''s credentials in public (Eg. england''s own Andy caddick got a hammering in the ''03 WC after he claimed he will get sachin early) , the chances are that he is gonna score runs... Gurunath Rao Forget India, the World XI would look poorer without Sachin Tendulkar. No body has generated & got as many eyeballs watching world over for the past 17 years than Tendulkar. The article itself is an example you love him or you hate him just cant ignore him

BHARAT KRISHNAN Mr. Chesterfield you are either joking or seeking cheap publicity for 2 reaswons. Fistly to exclude Sachin and secondly to include the most tainted Azhar as Captaincy material. Since you have 2 great Indian captains in Sunil Gavaskar world series cup winning captian and Kapil Dev world cup winning captain. Why did you exclude Dilip Sardesai? He was as much responsible of winning at West Indies as much as Sunil Gavaskar.
