Mumbai: CNN-IBN spoke exclusively to the IPL franchisee Kolkata Knight Riders' (KKR) owner, Shahrukh Khan, about emerging reports that he is thinking about selling stake.
The Bollywood actor firmly denied such reports and said that he or the co-owners Jay Mehta and Juhi Chawla have never talked about that. Continue reading below
But Shahrukh did mention that if they ever think of selling stake, it would be for "strategic money."
Hints had been made in the IPL corridors that the KKR owners were in search of prospective buyers willing to have stake in the Kolkata team.
