New Delhi: The visiting Australian team is now headed for Hyderabad to play a four-day fixture against a Board President's XI led by Yuvraj Singh. The Aussies will train lightly before the game, which begins on October 2.
After seven days as guests of the Rajasthan Cricket Association, the tourists will now fall under the jurisdiction of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).
The Aussies just drew a two-day game against the Rajasthan Cricket Association and according to pacer Peter Siddle the week long training in Jaipur had ensured the sqaud was well acclimatised with the conditions.
Siddle along with Simon Katich, Jason Krejza and Bryce McGain, have been in India for three additional weeks as part of an Australia A tour.
"I was actually over here for the Australia A trip so I was over here for three weeks, got a bit of a bowl then and it's just a great opportunity to work on different wickets," Siddle was quoted in The Age.
