Milind	One cannot just lash at BCCI, If BCCI is worse Who knows what is the real motive of Kapil Dev? Why cannot Kapil dev help developing the game being the NCA chairman? How many players have been developed by kapil Dev in NCA to play for India or promising players who will be the future of India? R.V.JAYARAMAN	Most of the comments of the letter are right. Whether the bye laws of the BCCI say that BCCI can stop payment to any player when he is playing to some other bodies other than BCCI. Who gave the extra constitutional authority to make stop payment for the former players or officials who align with ICL. Whether BCCI had forethought to include ICL also in the bye laws.
