Dalmiya parties with Pawar

Mumbai: With apparent bid to bury the hatchet with the BCCI, Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) President Jagmohan Dalmiya was seen at a party thrown by the outgoing BCCI chief Sharad Pawar.

The Indian cricket board has filed a case against Dalmiya for misappropriation of funds during the 1996 World Cup, which was jointly hosted by India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.

Dalmiya is also set to attend the BCCI's Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday.

The party was organsied at a hotel in South Mumbai on the eve of the Board's AGM here.
