Ranchi: After the last two One-Day matches between India and England were cancelled, skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni returned home and has taken to rifle shooting with gusto. Neighbours say he might be worried about his security.

Dhoni was seen on Sunday on the rooftop of his house practicing shooting with his double bore rifle, but went inside when he drew the attention of mediapersons.

Dhoni, who already holds a non-prohibited bore license, has applied for a prohibited bore license to get a 9 mm pistol.

"We have never seen Dhoni practice shooting. The Indian skipper seems to be worried about his security as he has sought a license to keep a 9 mm pistol. The Mumbai incident seems to have made him more concerned about his security," a neighbour of Dhoni said.

Dhoni has been provided with 'Y category' security in Jharkhand.
