New Delhi: IPL chairman Lalit Modi tops the list of the highest tax payers in the country for the current fiscal.
He is followed by former Andhra Chief Minister's son Jagan Mohan Reddy.
Jagan was a surprise entry in the list as he had paid just Rs 2.92 lakhs as tax for the last financial year. But this year, Reddy has paid a whopping Rs 6.6 cr advance tax which makes him the only recognised politician among the top 100 taxpayers.
Among cricketers, Sachin Tendulkar wins the top slot closely followed by skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni.
