Belfast: India and Pakistan have crossed swords against each other in most parts of the cricketing globe and a new battleground will be added later on Tuesday when the arch-rivals meet in a one-off game in the city of Glasgow in Scotland.

And as India and Pakistan prepare for their big charity clash, rain seems to be an even bigger threat than security.

Glasgow airport on Saturday evening, a terrorist attack, striking fear in the heart of a usually calm city. Its here that India and Pakistan will play today and despite the heightened level of threat; the game will go on.

"There was a lot of security at the airport and the police escort was also there. And as far as the security is concerned, there is nothing to fear," said the BCCI secretary, Niranjan Shah.

For Indian captain Rahul Dravid, Sunday was a day to celebrate. The Future Cup series win over the World's number two team has added a spring in their step. There are some concerns, like the fitness of the in-form Yuvraj Singh.

There was some concerns with Yuvraj's groin but he seemed to have pulled up quite well this morning and he should be okay. So, we will just announce our final XI tomorrow," said Indian skipper Rahul Dravid on the eve of the match.

Pakistan have a new captain at the helm and with the return of Shoaib Akhtar and Mohammad Asif, the new ball attack has a definite edge to it but this contest will be won by the team that holds up better under pressure.

"Whenever you are playing against India, there is always pressure, said Pakistan skipper Shoaib Malik.

With the return of Asif and Shoaib Akhtar in the team things can become more difficult for Team India.
