pran I agree with Joshua, it is the bowlers who won the match. If sachin had failed in the two finals then we wld hv lost. For the last 2 yrs india is coming out with good fast bowlers. Even if ganguly n dravid had played india wld hv still won. It''s not that we fielded great. Bowlers hv won matches in the tests also.It was zaheer in england, sreesanth in SA. When ganguly was captain he encouraged fast bowlers a lot n hence so many hv come out others india produced only spinners. ( Posted: Wednesday, March 05, 2008 at 21:35 )

AMITH Ricky Ponting is responsible for Australian defeat. He never tried to restrict his players for their misbehaviour inside and outside the field rather he tried to encourage them by saying its a part of agressive cricket or cricket tactics. Australian players were more intrested in showering words against the Indian players.I think they lost their concentration through this. They were over confident and never tried to measure the depth of young Indian team. They deserved this defeat. more Joshua MR.Vengsarkar, you didn''t play single ball to win this series.. The players have done this not the selectors or the BCCI politicians.. good luck India for the future. MR.Vengsarkar can''t say he is the one did this, but the team and the hard work.. Any one can say if Gangully, Dravid, Kaif played in this series what would be the result? I say still we would have won the match.. Because the bowlers done the trick for us.. Australia didn''t play good cticket as they use to play. We have played better cricket and we won the series.. BUT no one can say because of droping these legends we have won this series.. Good luck India ( Posted: Wednesday, March 05, 2008 at 13:49 )
