New Delhi: The Kerala Cricket Association is eagerly awaiting India pacer S Sreesanth's arrival to felicitate him for his stupendous performance in the ongoing Test series in South Africa.

Sreesanth will be honoured with a cash award and a memento during a function called particularly for his felicitation in Kochi on January 8, KCA president S K Nair said in a release on Thursday.

The seamer in only his second tour abroad grabbed eight wickets during India's win at Johannesburg, powered by a five-wicket haul in the first innings.

Sreesanth has also excelled in the second Test so far, taking four wickets and has shone with the bat as well.
