Mumbai: Murali Vijay will replace Gautam Gambhir as opener in the third and final Test against Sri Lanka here, Indian captain MS Dhoni said on Wednesday.

Adressing reporters ahead of the Brabourne Test, Dhoni said the team management may include Amit Mishra in the playing XI as the wicket could aid the spinners.

A final decision on his inclusion will be taken later, he added.

Dhoni said it was "special" to play at the Cricket Club of India.

"Playing at the CCI is special, this will be my first game here."

The skipper said he was also not bothered about the rankings and that winning the series was more important

"We don't think about the ratings, we don't want to put pressure. If we win, ratings will take care of itself."
