FOR THE WOODEN SPOON: Utseya led Zimbabwe to a 3-2 win over Bangladesh in an ODI series earlier in the year.

Dhaka: A 15-member Zimbabwe cricket team led by Prosper Utseya will visit Bangladesh from November 22, to play a five-match One-Day series and a Twenty20 game, the Bangladesh Cricket Board said in a statement on Wednesday.

Zimbabwe will start the tour with a warm-up match on November 26 near the Bangladeshi capital, Dhaka, followed by a Twenty20 game on November 28 in southwestern Khulna city, the Bangladesh Cricket Board said.

The first ODI will be held November 30 in Khulna, the next two December 3 and December 5 in northern Bogra town, while the final two on December 8 and 9 in Dhaka.

Bangladesh is yet to name a final squad for the tour.

Bangladesh lost a One-Day series 2-3 in Zimbabwe this summer, but beat the Africans by 101 runs last month in a group match of the ICC Champions Trophy in India.

Bangladesh also got its first ever Test and One-Day series wins against Zimbabwe at home in 2005.
